We cannot recommend Alex Cassis highly enough. Alex was originally recommended to us by my son, who was also in the process of purchasing a house, and we are so pleased that he put us in touch. Our situation was certainly not straightforward! We unexpectedly found ourselves buying a property through an auction — something we hadn’t originally intended to do — which meant we were working to strict timescales and needed to get everything moving very quickly. From the very beginning, Alex was extremely professional, efficient and reassuring. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, and whenever we encountered another hurdle, Alex simply dealt with it. Halfway through the process we decided to change the amount we wanted to borrow, which we thought might cause complications, but once again Alex handled everything smoothly and efficiently. What particularly impressed us was how accommodating he was. Both of us have busy working lives, and Alex made himself available around us. We even had meetings at 9:30 at night because that was when we were able to talk. That level of flexibility and commitment made an enormous difference during what could otherwise have been a very stressful process. But what made him better than others was his availability, clear and easy communication and explanations – great for a 1st time buyer like me… the icing on the cake however, £24,000 more on my mortgage offer than anyone else! Lloyd and Chloe are are great team. Lloyd was very knowledgeable and talked us through the whole process and was able to secure us a mortgage that we needed which was more complicated than the average application and other mortgage advisors has not been able to help. Excellent communication from both Chloe and Lloyd. Would definitely recommend this company.
